Job Opportunity: Real Estate Marketing Coordinator

Team Collaboration:

• Attend in-person team meetings each week and client events.
• Participate in office business and administrative meetings.

Calendar Management:

• Maintain the Top Producer calendar with all tasks and deadlines as appointments and to-do lists.
• Ensure the integration of separate social calendars into Top Producer for streamlined organization.

Listing Management:

• Handle all listing tasks before and during the active listing period until pending.

Communication and Marketing:

• Create and execute a comprehensive touch program, including monthly postcards, newsletters, Thanksgiving cards, and client events.
• Manage social media content creation, posting, and responding on Instagram and Facebook, a minimum of 5 posts per week.
• Maintain and update the team's website, emails, and domain name.
• Post on LinkedIn at least once a week, showcasing listings, newsletters, awards, and client events.
• Update marketing materials as needed to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain sales spreadsheets and print commission sheets for all closings.
• Organize and maintain Dropbox for efficient document management.
• Meet quarterly with the team leader to discuss progress and the overall position.

Flexible Work Schedule:

• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week from the office,
• Additional hours needed to fulfill responsibilities can be completed in-office or remotely.
• Expect some evenings and weekends due to the flexible nature of work in the real estate industry.
