JobDescription

We are looking to expand our amazing management team with a full time dietitian that can write and adjust menus according to the state and federal guidelines, product management, training and overall clinical guidance as it relates to menus and resident diets. We are not a dietitian company rather a kitchen consulting company and as such this role is guided more to the kitchen operations and not the clinical operations. This role is perfect for an experienced dietitian that no longer wants deal with the typical grind rather is looking to be an innovator and is creative. Work can mostly be done remotely. Culinary and menu experience is a must.

Prerequisites

• Registered dietitian.
• At least two years of post-acute care experience.
• Efficient in excel and outlook.
• Experienced with software and can learn new ones quickly.
• Culinary skills and creativity.
• Product knowledge.
• Experienced in menu writing.
• Team leader and teacher.
• Skilled at multi-tasking.
• Flexible personality and quick learner.

Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to)

• Menu creation.
• Order guide management.
• Assisting with meal card set up.
• Training dietary managers on related operations.
• Running successful food quality programs.
• Working with facility dietitians.
