Job Summary & Responsibilities Position Purpose: Responsible for providing technical applications support for the development and implementation of Onto products to meet customer requirement. Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs. Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of various factors. Work leadership provided by assigning work and resolving problems. Frequent communications with different groups in headquarter including services dept., product manager, sales, division, management and customers for projects and activities. Job description: Determining feasibility of Onto products to provide solutions to a wide variety of customer requirements. Generate detailed professional reports summarizing application feasibility/solutions. Requires ability to explain highly technical information in a clear and concise matter that can be easily understood by customers and internal team. Working with sales managers and customers to accurately determine and document project requirements. Supporting new application development by working with many groups within the company to define and develop new product capabilities. Work independent for troubleshooting recipes, and meet customer requirements. Capable to generate variation reports for tool install update, issue report and training material. Weekly base update and tool status update are required. Availability of training customer and end-user for operation and advanced application of Onto tool. Establish, develop & maintain positive relationship with semiconductor customers to be looking for new business opportunities. Share the customers’ information and competitor information back to the company. Business travel is required at least 50%. Qualifications Bachelor degree or above majored in Semiconductor technology/ Electronic/ Computer Science/ Mechatronic Engineering or related. 2-3 years working experiences with vendor or Fab PIE, QA, YE; With AOI working experience is a plus Familiar with Linux, SQL, Oracle is a plus. Fluent English speaking, writing, and listening, with CET-6 certificate is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and good report writing skill. Hard working with team spirit.
