- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office
- Maintain and update calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered in a timely manner
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls
- Assist with human resources tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Communicate effectively with staff members, clients, and vendors
- Supervise office staff and delegate tasks as necessary
- Scheduling

- Packing sacks Inventory Supply ordering Sales
- Supervising Customer Relations Opening mail Check handling

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
- Living in Hilton Head Island a huge plus or live within 30 minutes
-Expereince in the Cleaning or Property Manage a HUGE PLUS
