OnSight PROS is a third-party property condition reporting company for residential rental homes. PROS technicians photo document rental properties at move-in, move-out, and periodically throughout the course of a lease. As an Property Reporting Technician, You'll go above and beyond to ensure the tenant's feel comfortable with your presence in their homes, be friendly, respectful, and empathetic while keeping your professional demeanor to create a positive experience.

Responsibilities of the role are: 

• Driving to various properties daily, traveling a minimum of 30 miles from your zip code.
• Stellar communication between departments.
• Conduct thorough reviews of single-family residential properties, with an emphasis on time-effective completion in documenting overall condition and identifying any damages or issues, accompanied by clear comments.
• Adaptation to different property locations.
• Proficient use of technology (iPad) to create detailed photographic reports.
• Clear and concise documentation of damages and property conditions.
• Perform physical tasks such, Replacing smoke/CO alarms, Air Filters, Door Stops and more.
• Designing your own schedule, planning work hours 30 to 60 days ahead. Balance it out: Only 2 Saturdays a month, enjoy life's rhythm!
• Adherence to Company Policies: Follow all company policies and guidelines.
• Adapt to changing weather conditions while completing tasks.

Preferred Qualifications: No special skills are required but some requirements mean you have the potential to be a great Technician

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable Vehicle & Valid Driver's License, Listed as an insured Driver.
• Strong vocabulary and communication skills for accurate reporting
• Attention to detail and a caring attitude towards your work
• Dependable, able to work with little supervision
