MARKETING MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Creative Displays in Lenexa, KS. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day marketing tasks including but not limited to:

  • Email Marketing:  Implement email marketing campaigns, manage content collection, list segmentation, and campaign tracking to enhance engagement and achieve optimal results, aiming to maximize audience interaction and campaign effectiveness.
  • Website Management:  Assist in the ongoing maintenance of our company’s WordPress website, ensuring content is updated and reflects current promotions. New products are added as needed and graphics look fresh and relevant.
  • Digital Marketing:  Direct and collaborate with the Google Ads team to maximize the effectiveness of paid search ad campaigns. Together, strategize on targeting, keywords, ad copy, and budget allocation for optimal ROI. Regularly analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
  • SEO: Enhance website content and structure to elevate search engine rankings and attract organic traffic. Leverage the Yoast SEO plugin to refine on-page elements and bolster overall SEO effectiveness. Continuously analyze insights and recommendations to fine-tune content and elevate search engine visibility.
  • Social Media Management : Oversee and maintain our social media profiles, including creation, scheduling, engagement monitoring, and performance analysis. Collaborate on the development and execution of the social media calendar, including curating and scheduling social media content across various platforms, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and timely posts.
  • Sales Support : Collaborate with Sales Team to maximize sales during the crucial 4th quarter period and throughout the year. 
  • Graphic Design : Collaborate with the team and approved sources to produce and maintain visually captivating marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, website banners, and social media graphics.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including tradeshows, open houses, training sessions, and charitable initiatives.
  • Marketing Analytics:  Monitor and analyze marketing and communication data to evaluate effectiveness and derive actionable insights for enhancement.
  • Content Calendar: Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engaging content across all marketing channels.
  • Marketing & Communications Library : Assist in the creation and management of marketing and communications-related resources, correspondences, and templates for reference and utilization within the company.
  • Collaboration : Encourage a culture of innovation and creativity with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integrate marketing strategies into overall business plans.
  • Other duties as assigned:  Flexibility to undertake additional responsibilities as required by the evolving needs of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Excellent writing skills and ability to create new content daily
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to lead self-directed projects, work independently and within collaborative teams
  • Desire to collaborate with team members and work within a dynamic multi-functional team environment
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in executing email marketing campaigns through platforms like Constant Contact and maintaining good target list hygiene
  • Experience with social media management with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools like Google Ads, Facebook, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience updating and managing website content, including working in WordPress
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital advertising principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Strong people / influencing skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and communication.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
