onsemi is Hiring a Director, Global Marketing Demand Generation Near Scottsdale, AZ

We are seeking a highly accomplished, self-driven leader with a proven track record to join the onsemi Corporate Marketing team as Director of Global Demand Generation reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, the successful candidate will lead a team responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing an innovative and effective marketing demand generation strategy that will identify new leads, increase pipeline and significantly build new revenue growth. 

The Director of Global Demand Generation will develop and lead a team of campaign strategists, web strategists, marketing data analysts and technologists, each tasked with the goal to deliver exceptional prospect/customer experience and deliver high quality leads. We are looking for a data-driven, outcomes focused and collaborative leader with strong semiconductor experience and acumen in driving excellence across marketing operations, integrated campaign planning, channel marketing, demand generation, web strategy, technical marketing and digital marketing functions. 

In addition, the successful candidate will partner with our Regional Marketing leaders to drive a unified and web strategy for optimal performance and results worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and successfully execute highly targeted marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate demand and deliver high quality leads to the business.
  • Standardize the marketing campaign framework across the organization, while leveraging best-in-class practices to improve adoption and optimize results. 
  • Collaborate with Channel and regional marketing teams to define campaign requirements, resource needs and delivery timeframes.
  • Review marketing operation reports, analyze data and make data driven decisions to optimize outcomes and improve marketing end results. 
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, sales operations, and IT to optimize lead performance.
  • Consistently improve lead scoring models, nurture programs and lead routing - to ensure no lead is left behind as leads pass from MQL to SQL, opportunity and design win.
  • Establish governance and processes that drive end-to-end visibility of marketing campaign performance and marketing automation programs. 
  • Strong understanding of the Marketing Tech Stack and how to operationalize the stack most effectively for maximum performance and results.
  • Implement database management best practices to ensure data integrity data privacy compliance with GDPR and other local opt-in laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement onsemi web-based marketing strategy to promote the brand, attract visitors and potential leads, and generate internet sales.
  • Plan and implement web-based marketing strategies that expand onsemi web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources to promote onsemi through these channels.
