What You Will Do
  • Provide project leadership, directing and integrating work of other support team members and business operations stakeholders
  • Develop project plans, organize, and lead project team, and monitor progress
  • Design, write, test, implement, and maintain business systems, including tools for testing and delivery of application
  • Create and maintain system guidelines and manuals for the business to ensure effective support
  • Coordinate work with training team and helpdesk to support users through technical support of applications, and facilitate and organize training
  • Continuously stay up to date with systems changes and updates to ensure knowledge of business systems is globally understood
  • Conduct regular reviews of systems and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
  • Maintains an overall positive, helpful attitude when working with end-users
What You Will Bring
  • 3 years’ experience in systems analysis
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degrees in a relevant area of study (Networking, Systems Administration, etc.) from accredited institutions an asset
  • A combination of education, certifications, and experience will be considered
  • Ability to learn quickly, self-start, and work in a high paced environment with little supervision
  • Enthusiastic personality with great communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong demonstrated problem-solving ability
  • Technically minded with a strong passion for technology
  • Thrives in a team atmosphere
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
