Location: Remotely (with regular visits to the warehouse in Riverside or the office in Fountain Valley as required)

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in driving OnnCommerce's sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the wholesale industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and sales pitches.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with new clients while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Provide detailed reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts.
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure clients are aware of our latest offerings.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
