Client Success Representative

Overview

We’re looking for a talented Client Success Manager who knows what it means to focus on the customer. You manage a portfolio of clients and help them understand the business case for our online marketing services.

You should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have an understanding of how digital tools add value to a company's strategy and performance.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth by creating and maintaining long-term client relationships with a focus on service.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for clients for our online marketing services
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
• Help the client understand how our online services contribute to their business goals
• Explain the Return-on-Investment from our services as it relates to the customer's investment
• Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
• Report on web performance metrics, not as clicks or traffic, but in business terms the client understands
• Focus on customer service first and foremost

Requirements

• Experience in customer service positions regardless of industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills as it relates to the customer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Kindness and sincerity
• Must physically work in office in Murray, Utah
