We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Overnight Machine Operator to join our team. As an Overnight Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes during the night shift. This position is open to external candidates who are interested in becoming a valuable member of our team. The schedule will be 7:45PM-8:00AM, 3 Days On 4 Days off

Responsibilities:

-Must be good at math

- Operate and monitor machines during the Day shift to ensure efficient production

- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure they are running smoothly

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime

- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Machine Operator is preferred

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate various machines

- Knowledge of machine setup and troubleshooting techniques

- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions

- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

- Willingness to work overnight shifts and adapt to changing schedules
