We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Tech to join our team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. This position is open to both internal and external candidates.

• Monday to Friday. Some Saturday's required.
• $20/HR.
• Must have your own tools.
• 1st shift (6am to 2:30pm)

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.

- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.

- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the supervisor.

- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Tech or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
