As an Ōnin Teammate, you are part of a fabrication team and will play a hands-on role from the beginning to the end of every project which involves the interior and exterior customization of buses, vans, shipping containers, RV's, and much more!
- Construct projects that start out as an idea and transform them using your expert skills in the standard trades
- Fabricate, customize, build, and install custom pieces made out of metal, wood, plastic, or other materials
- Use a variety of hand/power tools and read a tape measure and prints
- Follow a punch sheet to accomplish daily tasks and ensure quality standards are exceeded
- Train and assist other fabricators with projects and best practices
The Preferred Candidate Might Also Have:
- 5-7 years of Fabrication Experience
- A Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- Familiarity with hand and power tools as well as shop equipment
