Job Description
This is an amazing opportunity for an organized individual to enjoy a role that combines mail processing, document handling, and vendor management.

- Competitive pay rates
- Sorting and scanning all documents into the proper processing system
- Providing services to UFLs Med Sup block, UFLs Life block, all Life and Annuity blocks
- Backup for Operations Manager and Scanner / Indexer
- Printing and putting together all WS policys and apps to be mailed
- Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services
What you'll do as : Mail Processing Specialist
- Ordering & stocking supplies, envelopes and paper
- Depositing UFL checks
- Working with Shred company for document destruction
- Sending FedEx and Priority Mail packages
- Processing all outgoing mail to be picked up by 2 : 30
Work Experience
The preferred candidate might :
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in phone edicate
- Experience in working as a backup for Operations Manager and Scanner / Indexer
- Experience in some cold calling
