Position Overview :

We are seeking a high-performing, experienced HVAC Service / Sales Technician to join our team as a Field Supervisor. This role demands a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and expertise in HVAC installations and sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive sales with integrity and proficiency, maintaining a minimum 55% close ratio on sales.

Uphold an exceptional level of customer service, aiming for a 100% customer satisfaction rating.

Manage and reduce cancellation rates to less than 5%, reflecting our commitment to service and customer trust.

Achieve an average ticket of $18,500 on equipment sales, demonstrating strong sales acumen and industry knowledge.

Requirements :

Minimum of 5 years in HVAC service, with at least 2 years in a sales role and 2 years in HVAC installation.

NATE certification required, reflecting technical competence and commitment to quality in the HVAC industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs, including high close ratios and customer satisfaction ratings.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to inspire and manage teams to achieve business goals.
