Position Summary

Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. Take ownership of the HVAC installation process from start to finish. Will be responsible for making sure all scope of work can be performed in a timely manner while ensuring it will pass city & state code standards. Guaranteeing that we can deliver what was sold and achieving customers 100% satisfaction upon completion.

• Performing HVAC Pre-site in home visits after job has been sold
• Completing the pre-site Checklist
• Review Load Calc and Perform Duct Design
• Schedule all Cranes as required for installation
• Provide request HOA information as needed when applicable for approval
• Communicate with the Salesperson with any changes to the job pertaining to the scope of work and have the salesperson make appropriate changes to the contract when applicable
• Communicate with the Install coordination department on any changes to the scope of work and hours needed to complete the job
• Handle and resolve all customer concerns and or questions they may have pertaining to the HVAC installation or equipment
• Communicate with the customer on any changes to the scope of work and hours needed to complete the job as well as timeline for backorder equipment or material
• Upload jobsite photos to Service Titans
• Create a material list and duct map layout (when applicable) and provide Material list in real time to the Warehouse manager to be ordered
• Job site walk throughs on the day of the installation
• Check in with Installers daily
• Provide all feedback to the HVAC Sales/Service & Operation Managers to help improve the HVAC department
• Check upon completion of the project to ensure customer is 100% satisfied

Administrative Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Service
• Manage Customer emails.
• Ensure proper notes and detailed Quality control Checklist have been performed and attached to each individual customer accounts.
• Provide detailed feedback to sales team.
• Abide by and enforce Production training and operating manuals.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional image always.

• Maintain a courteous demeanor with all customers and
• Provide positive and constructive feedback to all team members when applicable.

KPI

• Zero equipment sizing issues day of installation.
• Unless scope of work changes during walk through no more than 1 jobsite material/equipment delivery
• QR visits reduce to 5% or less per month.
• Failed inspection reduced to 5% or less.
• Maintain 53% or greater gross profit on installation(s)
• Ensure that total material cost is 20% or less of total revenue per job.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 plus years’ experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments In HVAC Install
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
