Role Description

The purpose of Sales Store role is to interact with customers and effectively process purchases and returns. This role will provide customers with a basic understanding of the functionality of the products and accessories purchased. Also, this role is responsible for responding to their inquiries, questions or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.

Contribution

• Represent company and products in a retail setting for the purposes of generating sales and bringing in revenue for the establishment.
  In addition, the coordination of the stores on-site activities, handling receipt, stocking, and shipping of products; staging and fulfilling customer orders; and all transactions with the business and local vendors.
  Goal setting with team to execute operating plans; possessing the ability to make moderate improvements to policies and procedures.
  Maintains the highest standards in cleanliness in the work environment, and appearance of the showroom through stocking shelves, housekeeping, creating displays, etc.

Communication

Demonstrate effective customer service skills.
Ability to communicate in a succinct, effective manner with a focus on professionalism.
Should have good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers Engages with walk-in sales counter customers to fully identify needs, respond to inquiries or questions, and offer timely quality solutions.

Dimension

Typically operates on a local level.
Does not have individual sales quota. Success is tied to the performance of the branch/location.
Works under moderate supervision to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Salary:

From $44,500 and up based on experience and will include a monthly incentive plan of 15%
