The Senior Manager, Global Leadership Development will create, optimize, and evolve award-winning leadership development programs for the globe. A successful candidate will analyze and make decisions based on the business needs; identify key outcomes; design and develop best-in-class programs, and measure business impact. JOB FUNCTIONS: Global Leadership Development Program Management - 40%
Create/adopt a global leadership development framework based on existing skills hierarchies.
Transform existing program content into a scaleable content library for global training leaders.
Partner with sister brands and across the globe to create in-person leadership development experiences to help high-potential leaders prepare for their next role.
Support train-the-trainer learning experiences to get key programs to franchise org and global training leaders.
Manage and evolve existing blended learning programs.
Market and creatively communicate to ensure proper use and adoption of programs and tools.
Collaborate with Field Culture and Capability team, sister brands, cross-functional (ops, legal, global) partners, and franchise partners to identify needs, exchange best practices, and create learning interventions.
Design experiences that will be easily adopted across the globe; identify global programs to bring to the US
Curate and Facilitate Life-Changing Experiences - 25%
Identify leaders and franchise/cross-brand business partners to co-facilitate journey/experiences.
Plan and deliver training programs.
Consult with and be a thought-partner to entire Field Culture and Capability team, helping evolve global training experiences for all roles.
Lead the Leadership Development team - 25%
Partner with, manage, and inspire a talented, motivated direct report.
Build strong relationships to create an external team of partners to bring experiences to life.
Teach others the art of Instructional Design.
Analyze and Measure Results - 10%
Conduct needs, audience, and task analysis to identify learning objectives.
Partner with data analyst to identify and measure business outcomes.
Adjust approach based on business outcomes and needs.
FACTORS OF SUCCESS NECESSARY: Required:
8 years of experience in Training, Instructional Design, Organization/Learning Development.
Experience leading a team with a strong emphasis on developing direct reports.
Strong knowledge of models, theories, and best practices in the field of learning, leadership development, talent management, and organization consulting.
Highly proficient with industry development tools and software applications (Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, etc.).
Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to think critically, analytically, and creatively.
Comfortable working in virtually connected, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
Experience creating blended leadership development training programs.
Experience creating inclusion and belonging content; naturally incorporates a message of inclusion and belonging into work, life, and programs.
Demonstrates a growth-mindset and sense of curiosity.
Ability to make deep connections to influence and inspire partnerships.
Excellent facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaborator
Minimal travel required
Preferred:
Restaurant industry / operations or ops support experience.
Demonstrated experience working with Franchisees.
Bachelor's degree preferred (Examples: Instructional Design, Leadership Development, I/O Psychology, Education, English, Communications, Fine Arts) or related field and/or certifications in a variety of L&D areas.
