OneTen is Hiring a RPA Governance Engagement Lead Near Cincinnati, OH

Job Description:

Role Summary/Purpose:

The AI Governance Engagement Lead will develop and manage the AI Governance engagement activities, as it relates to scoping, planning, and executing various RPA, NLP, and AI initiatives throughout the enterprise. The AI Governance Engagement Lead will also be charged with developing, and/or contributing to the development, of the process and governance framework for the Technology AI Team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of teams as they engage with various Synchrony functions to roll out and build their RPA, NLP and AI capabilities, managing the governance and assessing the risk management mitigations needed.

  • Work with Change Management within each affected function to develop communication plans and other effective change approaches specific to risk governance

  • In collaboration with the 2nd Line of Defense, work across Artificial Intelligence (AI) to develop effective policies and procedures for the RPA COE, GenAI CoE and other AI teams, in concert with the other AI pillars (Machine Learning, Cognitive Computing, etc.)

  • Manage and report on metrics as it concerns RPA Risk business and process transformation

  • Create and present risk dashboards and other communication tools to share out status and provide guidance on strategy for mitigating risk

  • Must have strong relationship management capabilities to enable a positive engagement experience with functional stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; or in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma plus 4 years experience in these fields

  • 2 years experience in Project Management in both Agile and traditional waterfall delivery methodologies

  • 2 years experience in risk analysis for a financial services firm

  • 2 years working with RPA tools and the RPA Engagement Model

  • Experience leading project teams in a matrix environment

  • Experience influencing internal and external decision-makers.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree Finance, Economics, Engineering, MIS, or Computer Science, or other similar educational qualification

  • Have direct experience leading a RPA POC, Pilot, and/or production engagement for a financial institution using a leading RPA tool such as Blueprism or Automation Anywhere

  • Successfully managed external consulting teams on enterprise pivotal engagements, for either IT and non- IT initiatives

  • Developed, and/or, management the policy risk governance framework for either a key business function, or for an institution, and has some knowledge, and/or expertise in financial services risk management, and familiarity with the “three lines of defense”

  • Holds, and/or working towards, a leading project management certification such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Professional), or is a certified Scrum Master

  • Has a leading financial services designation such as the CFA, or FRM

Grade/Level: 09

The salary range for this position is 85,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
