As an Administrative Program Coordinator II, you will be primarily responsible for the administration, organization, and scheduling. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to: 
• Leading orientation and recording management activities and ensures standards are maintained.
• Assisting the Director with projects and tasks. 
• Updating, monitoring and managing databases. 
• Attending meetings and recording key outcome
The ideal caregiver is someone who: • Strong organizational skills to coordinate a multitude of activities and functions.• Positive personality and strong interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of personalities and situations effectively. Demonstrates strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) to support the needs of office.- Ability to perform job function with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and updates interdepartmental education programs.
  • Assists with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
  • Facilitates and attends meetings and records key outcomes.
  • Identifies key milestones and deadlines.
  • Communicates project status and requirements to achieve results.
  • Researches, analyzes and organizes information for presentations.
  • Assists department leadership with large or complex projects.
  • Initiates or leads less complex projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Associate's degree.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

Certifications:

  • May require license based on department/Institute need.

Complexity of Work:

  • Requires multitasking, critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in highly interactive team environment.
  • Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.
  • Solid communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with software applications.
  • Experience developing programs (healthcare, financial or education) preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of three years administrative or project management experience required.
  • Healthcare experience or related organization preferred.
  • Offset: High School diploma/GED and five years of experience.
  • Offset: Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • High degree dexterity to operate office equipment.
  • May require extended periods of standing, walking or sitting. Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.
  • Good hearing acuity.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
