As an Administrative Program Coordinator II, you will be primarily responsible for the administration, organization, and scheduling. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:
• Leading orientation and recording management activities and ensures standards are maintained.
• Assisting the Director with projects and tasks.
• Updating, monitoring and managing databases.
• Attending meetings and recording key outcome
The ideal caregiver is someone who: • Strong organizational skills to coordinate a multitude of activities and functions.• Positive personality and strong interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of personalities and situations effectively. • Demonstrates strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) to support the needs of office.- Ability to perform job function with minimal supervision.
