We are looking to hire a dynamic highly motivated Community Manager to work for a newly developed Class A active adult community in the Alpharetta, GA area. It will offer 113 homes (1-, 2-, & 3-bedroom floor plans) in a charming, boutique-sized community. Amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, 2 pickleball courts, resident gardens, outdoor grilling & dining areas and more. Pre-leasing begins in June 2024. We are seeking someone that will provide an extraordinary service experience to prospects, residents, and visitors. Note: OneStreet Residential is a smoke-free environment in all locations.
Work schedule: Staggered hours will vary from 8:00am – 7:00pm, including occasional evening events. Weekends are required and flexibility is key.
The Community Manager will organize, direct and manage the day-to-day operations of the community.

This position often involves a great deal of walking and standing, bending, stretching, and use of stairs. Other physical requirements include regular sitting and using office equipment, including telephones and computers, and may also require some light lifting. The position may also involve some repetitive motions of the hands, wrists, and elbows. This position is normally performed in an indoor or office work environment, which does not subject the associate to the elements but does require occasional time spent in outdoor environments. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.
Salary is commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget and meeting required performance.
