ECI Group is hiring an experienced Property Manager with Class-A, lease-up experience for our newest development, The Averly East Village. Located minutes east of Atlanta’s urban core, this 335-unit luxury apartment community is comprised of premium one, two and three-bedroom residences with contemporary finishes and unrivaled service offerings tailored to fit what matters most to residents and their lifestyle needs. This community requires a strong and experienced leader who loves new construction, lease-ups and marketing. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of three years of experience as an on-site manager on a lease up, five years of property management experience, strong sales and marketing experience, proven experience building a team, is outgoing and professional and possesses excellent customer service skills.
