ONESTREET RESIDENTIAL is Hiring an Assistant Community Manager Near Johns Creek, GA

We are looking to hire a dynamic highly motivated Assistant Community Manager to work for a 90-unit active adult community in Johns Creek, GA. We are seeking someone that will provide extraordinary service to prospects, residents, and visitors.

ABOUT ONESTREET RESIDENTIAL

OneStreet Residential is the premier developer/owner/operator of 55 Active Adult communities throughout the Atlanta submarket with just under 2,000 units currently in our portfolio and another 866 currently under development. Our residents come to us for our beautiful communities. They stay with us because of our experience, our knowledge, our reputation, and most importantly, our compassion.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the community and competitors in the area.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the community.
  • Provide exceptional problem solving and conflict resolution in an empathetic manner.
  • Communicate on all planned property operations (management/residents).
  • Maintain rent payments, delinquencies, and post all daily activity.
  • Generate reports including monthly closeout reports for the manager to review.
  • Assist with resident activities which may require some after-hours work from time to time depending on the event. Engage with residents to be part of the community and participate in events.
  • Oversee community operations and staff in managers absence.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • 2 years of leasing, sales or hospitality experience
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with active adults (highly preferred).
  • LIH (Tax Credit) experience. (highly preferred)
  • 2 years of multi-family property management experience (Preferred)
  • Ability to function effectively in an environment with diverse cultures, multiple perspectives, and competing needs.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local community resources.
  • Must be able to travel locally.

Technology experience:

  • OneSite or other property management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook

Physical Requirements:

This position often involves a great deal of walking and standing, bending, stretching, and use of stairs. Other physical requirements include regular sitting and using office equipment, including telephones and computers, and may also require some light lifting. The position may also involve some repetitive motions of the hands, wrists, and elbows. This position is normally performed in an indoor or office work environment, which does not subject the associate to the elements but does require occasional time spent in outdoor environments. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.
