standards. We are looking for candidates with strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills and we will provide all necessary training for lesson and pool related responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and instruct teachers in providing safe and effective swim lessons
- Conduct daily monitoring and review of instruction and student progress to ensure appropriate progression
- Communicate with parents/customers on a regular basis to provide appropriate status updates and a high level of customer service
- Ensure teachers are adhering to Big Blue Swim School principles and curriculum
- Enforce all safety procedures and required certifications
- Ensure efficient building operations including cleanliness, water quality, and pump room operations
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities and recommend solutions
- Must possess the ability to communicate and respond to student and customer interactions
- Ability to work in the pool as needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Will train for lifeguard, CPR, CPO certifications
