We offer a financial consolidation software, and marketplace solutions, to large organizations across the world. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Event Marketing Department is looking for an intern to assist the Sr. Specialist in the planning of all internal employee meetings.
• Scheduling off-site team dinners and activities, assisting with the hotel rooming list submission, reviewing banquet menus to select menus for the meeting, communicating with team members on details of the meeting, including creating a SharePoint website that communicates event details.
• Support the planning of the OneStream Wave conference.
• Duties may include attendee registration management, name badge list review, clean up, assist with website content management, etc.
• There is potential to travel for meetings to assist on-site if needed.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Formal Education and Certification

• In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or graduate-level degree in a relevant business area
• 3.2 GPA or higher
• Junior, senior, and graduate-level students preferred
• Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required

Personal Attributes

• Highly motivated and self-directed
• Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills
• Know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
• Comfort with speaking to individuals and presenting to large groups
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong ability in building and maintaining positive relationships
• Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism

• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
