A Culture of Continual Improvement As part of our ongoing quest to bring excellence to our students, our staff, and the community, Sterling Education promotes a culture of continual improvement. With this in mind, Sterling Education schools have combined together under the OneSchool banner, allowing increased global collaboration, cooperation and support to enhance the education experience for every student. University of Cambridge International Examinations In 2006, Sterling schools became registered University of Cambridge International Examinations (Cambridge) centers. Cambridge is recogniz...ed globally as having a world class secondary program, and is utilized by thousands of schools around the world. We currently offer several International General Certificate of Secondary Education(IGCSE) courses, along with the comprehensive middle school Checkpointprogram. Also, our Cambridge offerings now include Advanced(A) and Advanced Subsidiary(AS) Level courses for grades 11 and 12. Leaders in Virtual Classroom Technology To further enhance and share the educational experience, all campus sites were connected via state of the art Virtual Classroom (VC) equipment in 2007. This exciting program allows for almost unlimited sharing of specialist teachers between campuses and, in the 2012-2013 year, involved almost 150 different classes continentally. As our focus on the Regional Model grows from year to year, our Campuses continue to reap the benefits of using Virtual Classroom technology as a collaborative tool. Sterling Accreditation AdvancED As part of Sterling's commitment to continuous improvement, Sterling Education undertook a system-wide review as the first step towards gaining accreditation. Beginning with the graduating class of 2012, all Sterling diplomas now carry the AdvancED certification, a tribute to the excellence found in the Sterling system.
