There is an immediate opportunity for a high performing Restoration Xactimate Estimator in the Ocala area to serve our multiple offices. We are seeking a unique individual to accept the challenges of a fast paced and challenging customer-centered service environment.

The top professional Restoration Xactimate Estimator we select for this position will join a company that traditionally rewards its employees for their performance. The Company offers high earning potential with a base and potential compensation for performance. Our current Restoration Xactimate Estimators' yearly compensation range is $72,000 to $90,000 depending on their production. There is a potential bonus based on performance requirements.

Restoration Xactimate Estimator's Responsibilities include:

• Support the Company mission, vision, and core values.
• Effective working with TPAs.
• Ability to understand all phases of reconstruction/repairs.
• Proficiency with scoping, sketching, and writing estimates/supplements.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency with Xactimate/Symbility estimating programs is required.
• Quick preparation of structure repair Xactimate estimates to meet Company guidelines.
• Timely and effective communication with insurance adjusters and TPAs.
• Maintain professional relationships with managed repair programs, insurance adjusters, and referral partners.

Ideal Candidates for the Restoration Xactimate Estimator Position will possess:

• Proven damage restoration estimating skills using Xactimate software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Working knowledge of residential construction.
• Intermediate computer skills with estimating software and Microsoft programs.
• IICRC restoration and mitigation certifications preferred, but not required.

Restoration Xactimate Estimator's Experience:

• Property damage repair and restoration- 3-5 years (preferred).
• Xactimate structure estimating experience 3-5 years (preferred).
• Documented history of successful Xactimate estimating.

Restoration Xactimate Estimator Reports to: General/OPS Manager

• Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions.

• Having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50-75 pounds.
