Responsibilities

This position helps to drive customer and coworker satisfaction and OneNeck profitability through the coordination and administration of day-to-day customer assignments for the Advanced Services (AS) engineering and project management teams. The Project Associate is primarily responsible for performing new project and service request in-take, resource assignments and coordination, engagement management, and invoicing for the AS organization and their respective practices. This position will support respective AS practices as well as work closely with project managers, sales and customers to ensure resources are assigned and scheduled according to customer needs and skills required.

The Project Associate will have oversight of project and service request invoicing commitments working closely with AS leaders and project managers to ensure projects are invoiced accurately and timely. The Project Associate will also have direct customer accountability, both for contracting, assigning, and overseeing AS service requests, as well as performing project scheduling and coordination. Additionally, the Project Associate serves as a subject-matter expert and administrator for Changepoint, OneNeck's professional services automation tool which includes process improvement and upgrade activities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree (or higher) -OR- 4 years professional work experience.
  • 1 years IT project management, financial management or resource management experience.
  • 1 years direct customer service experience.

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience managing scheduling and budgets preferred.
  • Steps taken towards education or certifications in Project Management (CAPM, PMP, APMC, ITIL, etc.) a plus.
  • Demonstrated planning skills and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to establish customer trust and confidence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
