OneIMS Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients in the Martech industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual passionate about sales and marketing to work with a growing and innovative agency.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and prospecting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
• Understand client objectives and provide strategic recommendations for marketing solutions.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of marketing campaigns and projects
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes to position OneIMS Group's services effectively
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management

• 2 Years in a Sales role
• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the Martech industry
• Strong understanding of marketing technology solutions and trends (Revops. SEO. Content Marketing. Web Dev. And PPC)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus
• Knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot) and sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Sandler Sales trained a major plus
