In Your Day-to-Day As An Opal's Counter Server / CashierYou Will :
- Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills when selling F&B items to either guests or employees.
- Continually operate cash register or cash bank and accept payment for F&B product(s) ensuring accuracy when making change.
- Be responsive to guest’s questions regarding food items, prices, methods of preparation. Continually up-sells F&B products offered.
- Always ensure that assigned area is kept orderly and continually clean and sanitize counter in designated areas, as well as assisting in the dining area as needed.
- Possessing the ability to count money and make correct change.
- Having excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrating the ability to complete multiple tasks at once.
