Skills and experience you will bring to us:

• Table Games Dealer accurately takes guest bets, pays out bets and makes change for guests.
• Demonstrates proficient knowledge of gaming policies and procedures.
• Consistently keeps shuffle time at 2 minutes or less.
• Alerts the Floor Supervisor of any suspected irregularities on the game. Never corrects own mistakes.
• Maintains familiarity with all novelty game procedures.

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

• Must have Blackjack training or experience. Two (2) years dealing in a commercial casino environment preferred and/or accreditation from professional gaming school (preferable TS Dealer School).
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Must possess mathematical ability; counts card, pays out bets, makes change.
