Our Newest Opportunity: The Client Portfolio Analyst focuses on supporting Client Portfolio Managers and financial advisors in developing and implementing investment strategies for clients. The Client Portfolio Analyst will build relationships with advisors, conduct portfolio analysis, and contribute to the creation of customized investment solutions. This position is located in our Overland Park, KS office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to): Manage and build relationships with financial advisors, becoming a trusted partner in their client service efforts. Conduct portfolio and asset allocation discussions, assisting advisors in creating tailored investment plans for their clients. Act as a subject matter expert on OneDigital's technology platform and operational requirements, collaborating seamlessly with advisors. Support the creation of customized portfolio proposals by working closely with advisors and the investment team. Bridge the gap between portfolio managers and asset management partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Translate complex investment strategies into clear, client-ready deliverables and insights for advisors. Develop and coordinate the creation of client presentations and performance reports. Contribute to the development of marketing materials related to investment strategies and market trends. Support business development activities, contributing to the overall success of our wealth management team. Qualifications & Experience: Undergraduate degree in finance or related field · A minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management or wealth management, with a desire to progress in their career. A strong foundation in investments and financial markets, coupled with a passion for helping clients navigate them effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster strong connections with advisors and clients. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all work performed. The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships with colleagues across different departments. Interest in pursuing the CFA designation (a plus). Natural leadership qualities that allow them to influence and motivate others. Strong organizational and project management skills for staying on track and delivering projects on time. A comprehensive understanding of various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternatives. Prior experience working with advisors and various investment vehicles (ETFs, Mutual Funds, Model Portfolios, Institutional Accounts, Commingled Funds) is highly desirable. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
