Be a superstar matchmaker! Create a positive client experience by matching clients with the best caregiver for their needs. Ongoing administration of client services including troubleshooting, billing, and collections.

Key responsibilities include the following:

• Recruit, contract and retain qualified contractors to maintain appropriate client staffing levels, and match candidates to clients based upon optimizing client satisfaction and safety.
• Call caregivers and match them with clients based on optimal match of skills to the specific needs and preferences of the client.
• Assure caregivers are provided appropriate patient information to succeed in their caregiving role and create a good impression and provide outstanding service to clients.
• Work collaboratively with team as directed on contractor payroll, collection/payment of accounts receivable/payable, owner signing and dispatch of weekly caregiver checks.
• Rotating responsibility with other team members to be on call for client staffing and quality assurance approximately 1 week each month.
• Maintain company profitability on each case by setting caregiver pay for each case based upon acuity of care and price quoted to client.
• Manage receipt of timely and accurate contractor timesheets and effect timely payment of contractor payroll.
• Invoice clients for services provided based upon time sheets submitted.
• Open LTC insurance claims and monitor that agency is paid on a timely basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
