One Way Power Solar LLC is Hiring a Solar Sales Consultant Near El Paso, TX

Job Summary:

(COMMISSION BASED ONLY FOR THIS POSITION) (HIGH COMMISSIONS)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers. Your primary goal will be to educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and help them make informed decisions about their energy needs.

Duties:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and determine the feasibility of solar installations
- Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
- Provide accurate and detailed information about solar products, services, and incentives
- Develop customized solar solutions based on customer requirements and budget
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and financing options to customers
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities

Experience:
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Knowledge of energy sales, specifically solar energy, is preferred
- Experience in door-to-door or outside sales is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a bonus
