Position Description:
We are looking for an individual who is excited to manage and oversee a team of virtual assistants (VAs) and freelancers to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our marketing services.

The position will be expected to:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize VA performance, productivity, and quality of work.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to VAs based on their skills, strengths, and availability.
- Provide training and guidance to VAs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline VA workflows and ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate VA performance through regular performance reviews/feedback.
- Collaborate with team to identify VA needs and allocate resources accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in virtual assistance management.
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes to identify and onboard qualified VAs into the team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration, motivation, and continuous learning.
- Maintain effective communication channels with VAs and local team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on team performance, achievements, and challenges for management review.
- Manage budgetary aspects of the VA team, including resource allocation, expense monitoring, and cost optimization.
