Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the hotel manager in daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in store management.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations

- Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service

- Manage and supervise staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures

- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees

- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management

- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Assist in creating and implementing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Hospitality or customer service role

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills

- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Knowledge of shift management and scheduling processes
