**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the real estate market , with excellent organizational skills and a customer-centric approach. We help homeowners deal with difficult situations and get through the roadblocks of selling a home . We help sell these houses because sometimes people need a faster, more straightforward solution.

**Schedule/Pay**

Sunday-Thursday

1pm-7:30PM

Guarenteed Hourly $20 PLUS COMMISION AND BONUS PAY

( Plus gas compensation if you use your vehicle)

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct market research to assist home-owners with thd sale of thier home.

- Assist in negotiating real estate transactions

- Provide in person support for real estate transactions

- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service

- Support sales team with data analysis and reporting

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in real estate administration or related field

- Familiarity with real estate market dynamics

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to communicate effectively with Homeowners.

- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $2,800.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
