Overview:
One Nation Exteriors is looking for a talented candidate to join our team as a Field Technician. You will be responsible for daily needs and tasks surrounding the completion of exterior residential and commercial restoration projects. The primary areas of work include, but are not limited to, roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. The right candidate will have knowledge and experience in the above mentioned trades as well as experience in providing top tier customer service.

Duties:
- Daily supervision of multiple projects.
- Communicating effectively with the crews, Operations Manager, Field Technician's, etc. to ensure, proper job site set up, proper material installation, jobsite cleanliness, ongoing material / job site needs, and ultimately client satisfaction.
- Clearly and consistently communicating progress, photos, job needs, etc. through use of CRM and other means of communication.

- Handle material will calls, material delivery, and appropriately delegate tasks to other Field Technician's / ONE team members to ensure project completion.

- Effectively manage time
- Provide training and support to crews, team members, and others as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory
- Collaborate with the service team to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role preferred
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electronic systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
