This position offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, from 8 am to 5 pm , providing you with stability and work-life balance.

PAY & BENEFITS

Earn a competitive base salary of $25 - $35 per hour , with uncapped commission potential , totaling $90,000 - $120,000 per year . But that's not all! Enjoy benefits such as:

THE TYPE OF HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or equivalent
• An Idaho Journeyman's HVAC license
• Successful experience as a technician in the industry
• Strong communication skills and technical competence
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Solid communication and customer service skills

NATE certification is preferred!

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll respond to service calls, address repairs on HVAC units, and provide top-notch customer service. Throughout the day, you'll utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and repair systems for residential and light commercial clients. Your exceptional communication skills will come into play as you explain repair options to customers and offer additional products and services to meet their needs.
