$2,000 Sign on Bonus!! Seeking a Career Minded (not a job hopper) HVAC Residential Service Technician. The person we are looking for will believe that interacting wtih homeowners is the best part of the job! They will enjoy educating homeowners about how their home comfort system works and how toe keep it running efficiently. They will not have a problem recommending a new system when it makes sense and can easily speak about things like improving indoor air quality, increasing efficiency and comfort in their home.
This person will have at least 4 years of field experience , be willing to be on call when it is their turn, show up for work on time each morning and work each night until the work is complete.
They will own all their own hand tools, have a good driving record and be able to pass both a drug test and a nationwide criminal background check.
