Come help us give patients a warm welcome into what would normally be a sterile or sometimes uneasy environment like the doctors office. We want to create a space where people enjoy coming to the doctor and feel like they are being heard from the moment they walk in the door!

COMPENSATION: $17.63-$18.48 hr/DOE

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time 

AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday

POSITION SUMMARY: Functions as a member of the Front Desk Team under the Intake Supervisor. Responsible for promptly greeting visitors, patients, and families upon arrival; coordinates the intake of the insurance/financial information and the discharge of the patient from the clinic. Responsible for collecting and posting payments.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certificates/Licenses:

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • BLS Certification upon hire
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred

  • Graduate of a certified medical administrative assistant program

Experience:

Required

  • Competent computer skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Preferred

  • Two (2) years of community health and/or physician’s office
  • Experience with electronic medical records
