OVERVIEW:
A notable fine dining restaurant group in Boston seeks a General Manager for one of their newest brands: an upscale casual American restaurant in one of Boston's most desirable suburbs. This high-volume restaurant offers a thoughtful, wood fired menu for both lunch and dinner. This is a hands on operations role for an experienced General Manager who is passionate about delivering high levels of hospitality, strong restaurant financials, scheduling to volume, beverage service, and great training.
The GM will oversee the day to day operation and success of the restaurant, focusing on peak volume times; Ensure the financial health of the restaurant by driving revenue, managing labor and cost of goods and will think strategically about the restaurant to continue to evolve and improve.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideal candidates for this important position bring a passion for the industry, possess a genuinely positive attitude, and an inherent sense of urgency.
- Must have at least 1-2 years of GM experience in notable, chef-driven full service restaurants
- Must have high volume full service restaurant experience
