SKILLED INSTALLER - ONE HAT ONE HAND

One Hat One Hand is hiring for Skilled Installers.

We are constantly installing incredibly creative and complex projects out in the world. And every year the size and scope of these beautiful projects increase. So its time, once again, for us to expand to meet this growth!

We are looking for skilled, dependable, professionals to join our field team installing high-end, custom fabricated projects.

If you love to work with a variety of materials and in a variety of environments. If you love to work collaboratively to solve interesting problems and to see an install from footing to bowtie, you will love working for us in the field!

We are seeking candidates who have five plus years of experience in the construction industry as a carpenter, metal worker, or installer and have finish level skills. 

You will be work on teams of up to 6 people to install architectural components, large multimedia art works, & interactive event experiences. Projects can last from several days to several weeks. 

While most work is local, the ability to travel is desired. 

• Work with a team of installers and coordinate with Install Crew Lead to ensure on time, in budget, execution.
• Attention to detail, creative problem solving, dependability, and a strong solutions-based work ethic are required.
• Knowledge of commercial construction schedules, understanding of standardized blueprints & shop drawings are required. 
• Valid drivers license and basic heavy equipment familiarity required. 
• Flexible work hours and ability to travel required.
