Here is your chance to join a mission driven Federally Qualified Health Center in the Heart of the Columbia River Gorge. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will direct medical care for a panel of patients within a PCPCH care model. This includes performing patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, treatment of diagnosed conditions, prescribing medications, performing specialized tests and treatments within the scope of privileges, and patient education. In addition to direct care and documentation duties, will participate in clinical quality improvement, peer review, PCPCH, Meaningful Use and other programs as required of a Federal Qualified Health Center operating in the State of Oregon and Washington. This position is located at our clinic in Hood River, Oregon.

• Full-time position, 4 days/ week- 32 patient contact hours; Part-time position is also an option.
• Provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own panel of patients.
• Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians.
• Experienced clinicians are preferred, but new graduates also welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in specialty field.
• Current Oregon Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and DEA licensure in good standing. Will include Washington License, when applicable.
