About Us:
One Allegiance Brewing is a rapidly expanding brewery located in Chicago Ridge, IL. We pride ourselves on our diverse selection of craft beers and our vibrant community of beer enthusiasts. This summer, we are excited to expand our offerings with a new kitchen, and we are seeking a dedicated Servers to be a part of this exciting journey.

Position: Server

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our 16 house beers on tap and other beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and assisting with overall upkeep.
• Assist in the filling and labeling of crowlers and growlers.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and a positive guest experience.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new menu items, promotions, and brewery events.

General Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in the hospitality/service industry.
• Strong knowledge and passion for craft beer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale Toast POS systems.

Preferences:

• Prior serving experience in a brewery or craft beer bar.
• Certifications (e.g., Basset certification, food handlers).
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, late nights, and holidays.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay is commensurate with experience, plus tips.
