Onda USA is looking for a logistics and customer care specialist for our Delaware, OH facility.
The logistics and customer care specialist is responsible for running the complete logistics system of the company, while also being the day-to-day front-line contact with customers.

Job objectives:
✓ Operative support to the creation of a comprehensive logistics system.
✓ Manage all inbound and outbound shipments, including imports from parent company.
✓ Seeks resolution to issues relating to incoming and outgoing shipments.
✓ Prepares and arranges for freight pickups which can include repackaging, handling of products, preparation of packing lists.
✓ Processes orders, changes, adjustments, and accurately loads into company's system.
✓ Communicates to customer acknowledgement of the order.
✓ Answers and addresses customer inquiries in addition to communicating any possible delays.
✓ Maintains up-to-date customer profiles in company's system.
✓ Prepares and sends invoices in a timely fashion.
✓ Primary internal point of contact for customer after sales.
Qualifications:Education:
✓ High school diploma required with Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
Experience:
✓ 4 years of experience in logistics with international network, preferably with customer service.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
✓ Ability to create good relationship with internal & external customers. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
✓ Strong computer skills in Excel and Word required.
✓ Problem-solving skills.
✓ Italian language knowledge a plus.
