Oncology Associates, PC is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a fast past work atmosphere. This position will work under the direct supervison of a Clinical Supervisor when performing duties. If you have a passion for patient service and possess strong pharmacy knowledge, we encourage you to apply.

Minimum 1 year experience with compounding IV admixtures.

Responsibilities:

- Dispensing IV and oral medications via the lynx system

- Compounding IV Medications

- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies

- Perform medication reconciliation and ensure proper documentation

- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals

- Complete USP 800 cleaning guidelines

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

- Valid Pharmacy Technician certification

- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred

- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy calculations

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of aseptic technique for IV infusion is a required

- Experience in an acute care or hospital pharmacy setting is preferred
