**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment.

Currently seeking associates who are available to work 3pm - 10pm during the week and have some weekend availability.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist customers in selecting products and provide information on product features

- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Process payments, exchanges, and returns

- Answer customer inquiries in person or over the phone

- Meet and exceed sales and trade targets

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in cash register operation and basic math skills

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Strong background in retail sales and customer service

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Effective time management skills
