We have openings for Manager/Shift Supervisor at our Virginia Beach North location. We are looking for friendly, energetic, self-motivated, ambitious individuals to join our team. This is a fast paced business and previous management experience in a busy Customer service environment is required.
Manager/Shift Supervisors will take the lead in daily activities such as buying products from our customers, pricing, managing the customer experience, leading team members, training employees and resolving conflicts. Other responsibilities will include loss prevention and promoting a high level of Customer Service. Major Area Of Responsibility Greet Customers and determine their needs 1. Assist with buying, selling, pricing and merchandising 2. Opening and closing the store using required procedures 3. Assist with staff training, and development

Computer literate and able to operate computerized sales terminals
Performs effectively and safely in an environment where there is constant change
Capable of making quick and appropriate decisions to meet customer and employee needs

Ability to stand and walk for lengthy periods
Lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted
Bending, rotating, and reaching in a retail environment.
