Once Upon A Child Odessa in Odessa, TX is looking for a full time manager to join our 16 person strong team. We are located on 3141 E University Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- *Recruit, hire, and train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded *Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs *Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner *Support and execute all buys as per directed process efficiencies. *Manage all customer buys to ensure we maintain productivity and profitability standards.
Qualifications
- *Proven experience as a store manager *Strong organizational skills *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *Punctual *Attentive to details *Open availability
